There are two types of requirements
- Functional
- Non-functional.
Business requirement term refer to the functional requirement or in simple term “Requirement”.
Functional requirements are requirement that’s should be satisfying some functions by proposed solutions. We can also call the functional as a capability of the system.
Example: User has to activate the account within two days
Non functional requirements tend to identify the user and system constrains.
Example: Every Friday morning 10am the system may not available for users.
System specification document should have all the detailed information’s about these requirements.
Managing this requirements process is critical and important
A good analysis team spends enough time to analysis the requirements. Improper analysis may lead the team to project failures, late delivery and low budget issues. To overcome these issues team should have proper planning and execution.
